Ann Ritter, PhD, (Hari Kaur) is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and integrative yoga therapist who lives in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur.
Hari's private work is unique, subtle and deeply insightful, because it is based on nearly 30 years of work in complementary modalities and across several yoga systems. Hari can help clients and students learn to help themselves--to overcome blocks, achieve growth and go deeper into their authentic identities. Hari is part of the growing community of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practitioners and teachers throughout metro Atlanta, and of the diverse and mature set of practitioners at Tucker Yoga Cooperative. |
Ann is a part of the Aquarian Trainer Academy (professional level) through the Kundalini Research Institute in Espanola, NM, and active in the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Assn. She has studied Sat Nam Rasayan, the Kundalini healing modality, for almost 20 years, and is certified in the Yoga for Youth program.
